How
to Cure Back Pain in 7 Days Or Less
A
Probable Cause for Your Lower or Upper Back
Pain and How to Cure it.
From
the crib into old age there is one habit that
we all share. That habit is stretching before
we get out of bed in the morning.
Because
the harder we stretch the better it feels we often
put our bodies through unnatural contortions and
gyrations in order to achieve that contented feeling.
At night
while we sleep our body relaxes and the inflammation
that was generated during the day subsides. This
is usually what allows us to stretch without pain
in the morning.
By over-stretching
in the morning we separate or loosen the injured
components in our body that tried to heal over
night, and this makes them more susceptible to
strain during the day, which contributes to the
causes of back pain.
Have you
noticed that on some days you have no back pain
or less pain, and on other days you are in a lot
of pain? Could it be that on the days that you
had less pain or no pain you didn’t have
time to stretch when you woke up in the morning
because you had an urgent need to visit the bathroom?
Keep in
mind that it can take several weeks to several
months for injuries to the spine, muscles, and
tendons to heal. Just because we don’t feel
pain on some days doesn’t mean that the
problem has gone away. So when we wake up in the
morning, we should keep a conscious concern about
how we stretch. By not giving internal injuries
sufficient time to heal completely, it is equivalent
to constantly pulling the scab off a wound that
is trying to heal.
The older
we get the more important it is to avoid twisting
or jerking our spine when we stretch in the morning…even
if we have never had a spine injury. The simple
tasks that we perform during the day like lifting
and bending are all that is necessary to exercise
the spine. The loss of muscle tone that increases
as we age leaves the spine less supported, so
it is less immune to the stresses caused by abnormal
movement.
The same
consideration should be given to our muscles and
tendons. Aging depletes them of having the elasticity
they once had, and subjects them to injury from
any abnormal movement. Even young athletes take
the time to do warm-up exercises before they stress
their bodies.
So, if
you have ever wondered why your doctor just gives
you a blank stare when you complain of having
back pain, it’s because there have been
no simple answers, particularly when we unknowingly
cause our back pain problems ourselves.
“ABOUT
THE AUTHOR”: Jerry Nokes, after
suffering with intermittent moderate to sever
back pain for eighteen years, and not getting
any satisfactory answers from doctors, decided
to try to resolve the problem himself. By developing
a conscious activity awareness program and keeping
careful records, using the process of elimination
he discovered that the sole reason for his back
pain was exaggerated morning stretching.
Since
adjusting his morning stretching habits, he has
remained completely back pain free for over two
years. His web site, FastNaturalCures.com is dedicated
to helping people become aware that there are
safe, natural cures for ailments that modern medicine
can’t or won’t cure.
