There Just Might Be a Natural Cure
for the Bird Flu

In Korea and Japan where the bird flu in poultry is prevalent, it does not transfer to humans. Korean scientists think they know why!

People in these regions eat a large amount of a food called kimchi. To prove their theory, they have begun feeding chickens infected with the bird flu a kimchi extract, and the results have been very promising.

In their first test they fed the kimchi extract to 13 chickens that were infected with the bird flu, and in one week 11 of the chickens were on the road to recovery.

The researchers believe that a component of kimchi, lactic acid-eating bacteria, naturally combats viral diseases in the intestines.

So What Is Kimchi?

Kimchi is nothing more then fermented cabbage. In the Western World it’s called sauerkraut!

Fluoridated Water

Most people are aware of the controversy relating to fluoridated water, but few think it’s something to be concerned about. I didn’t either until I read something disturbing that caused me to dig deeper. This is what I found:

Fluoride is a Toxic Waste byproduct of the aluminum industry, and the aluminum producers had to find a way to dispose of it. Because this was a very expensive proposition prior to water fluoridation, it appears they used the same deceptive tactics that the drug industry uses to get drugs approved. They sponsored their own tests! Before fluoride was added to our water supply, the only approved uses for fluoride were as an insecticide or rat poison!

One of the first studies showing anti-cavity powers of fluoridated water was funded by the aluminum industry! Somehow they managed to convince the lawmakers of that time that adding small amounts of rat poison to the water supply would be beneficial to our health, and at the same time relieve the government of its concerns and responsibility about what to do with thousands of tons of toxic waste. Now they get paid to pour rat poison into our water supply! What a deal... Do you think $$$ and greasing palms could have had something to do with it?

The Public Has Been Brainwashed Into Thinking Fluoridated Water Is Good For Them

According to the National Academy of Sciences, fluoride related problems like tooth discoloration, weakness, and increased bone fractures begin to increase once fluoride levels exceed 2mg/liter, and the level varies widely around the country.

Another medical source says that studies have shown that fluoride does not prevent cavities. It does just the opposite, and can even be linked to Cancer, Osteoporosis, and Alzheimer’s. It makes your body absorb extra aluminum that ends up in your brain. The metal shows up alarmingly in the brains of Alzheimer victims.

Bottled Water

Today most bottled water has fluoride added. Not because the bottled water producers think it’s good for you, but because the public thinks it’s good for them, so they migrate to the fortified brands.

One of the last cities in Europe to permit fluoridation was Basel, Switzerland, and they recently stopped. Why? Because after they started fluoridating, kids’ cavity rates increased. By contrast, rates in the rest of fluoride-free Europe declined.

What We Can Do

Buy a good water filter that removes fluoride, and only purchase bottled water that is not fortified with fluoride. If the label does not say fluoride was added, it still may not be safe. About 40% of bottled water are made from regular tap water that may contain fluoride.
